Purple Panic

Today I am joining Ginny for knitting and reading.

We woke up to a beautiful snowfall.

I haven't finished the scatter rug I started last week, but I am trying to figure what to do with all this purple. I bought it (along with some pink) to make a sweater coat, but I never got around to it. Still thinking...

I stayed up last night to finish Blue Monday by Nicci French. I heard it was a page-turner and it was. I'm not sure what to start next. Last year I tried to read The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova, but I had trouble getting through it. I'd like to give it another try because it seems like every couple of months someone recommends it to me.
