Flock of Owls

Just minutes before the snow started swirling, I caught a swoosh of color out of the corner of my eye. Then another, then another. I grabbed my boots and ran outside only to see a flock of colorful fabric owls in the yard. I laid out a blanket on my coffee drinking bench and one by one they flew down and snuggled up together.
