Joining Ginny again this week.
Almost done with the Maxi Dress. After this project I want to finish up a couple of items that are in the bottom of my knitting bag.
Just in case anyone thinks I only read Swedish mystery novels (which is kind of all I've been reading for the past couple of months) I am reading something different and not Swedish! It is a book called The Magic of Ordinary Days by Ann Howard Creel. WWII, an arranged marriage, an old farmhouse in the middle of nowhere....win, win, win. A quick read. I started it last night and I am almost done.
Can't wait to see what everyone is up to this week.
The title of that book sounds familiar, but I'm not sure if I have read it....it sounds right up my alley. That's the beauty of getting older-I can't remember books I've already read! LOL!
ReplyDeleteStopping by from a-z...I can crochet (dishclothes) and I can sew (straight lines)...Can't wait to see the finished dress!
ReplyDeleteThat's a cute dress you're working on!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the rest of the week and happy knitting!
I think I'll check out the book. The dress looks good!
ReplyDeleteLove the dress! Your book sound like something I might like to read. Plus if it is an easy read that's perfect for me right now! I found you through the wonderful Yarn Along. :)
ReplyDeleteThe book looks familiar to me because I think it was a movie on the Hallmark Channel with Kerri Russell. Loved the movie probably would enjoy the book
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!!!!
